1. Using the App

By installing or using Niko, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with either, you must immediately remove Niko from any servers you manage and revoke its access from authorized applications.

2. User Responsibilities

You are required to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Niko. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Exploitation or Abuse: Any attempt to crash, slow down, or otherwise disrupt the app's functionality.
• Command Spam: Excessive or automated command usage intended to overload the app or servers.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access features, data, or backend systems without permission.
• Feature Abuse: Misusing app features, such as mass reporting or automation, in a way that harms the system or other users.

3. User-Generated Content

Some features of Niko let you create, submit, or generate content ("User Content"). This includes text, images, or any other material you provide. By using these features, you agree to the following:

• Content Restrictions: You may not submit content that is:
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Violent, gory, or depicting harm
  • Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive
  • Illegal or promoting illegal activities
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you create or submit.
• Moderation Rights: The app owner may review, remove, or block any content at their discretion.
• Reporting Violations: Users can report inappropriate content by sending a direct message to the app or via the Support Server.

Violating these rules may result in permanent banning from the app.

4. App Availability & Changes

Niko is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, performance, or availability. The following applies:

• Features may be added, removed, or modified at any time without notice.
• The app owner reserves the right to block users or servers from accessing Niko for any reason.

5. Data Collection & Usage

Niko collects and stores certain data to provide and improve our services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to this data collection.

• Server data: Server IDs, channel IDs, configured settings, and scheduling preferences.
• User data: User IDs, preferences, usage statistics, unlocked content, and interaction history.
• Content data: Text, images, or other materials you submit through the app's features.

We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your data to train AI models
• Share personally identifying information publicly

User-generated content may be analyzed for moderation, statistics, or service improvement. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Direct Messages to the App

All direct messages ("DMs") sent to Niko are logged for moderation and support purposes and may be accessed by the app owner. These messages are not private or secure and should not be treated as personal storage for sensitive information.

While you may use DMs to contact the app for support or assistance, any spam, trolling, or abusive messages are not allowed and may be ignored or result in restrictions. Use responsibly.

7. Contact & Support

Niko is owned and operated by duderinooo. For support, feedback, or questions, the preferred method is via the Support Server.

If you cannot or prefer not to join the Support Server, you may send a direct message to the app for assistance. Note that all messages sent to the app are logged and monitored for moderation and support purposes.
