1. Using Our Services

By using the Niko bot or the website ("the Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with either, please remove the bot from your servers and log out of the website.

2. User Responsibilities

You are required to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the bot. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Exploitation or Abuse: Any attempt to crash, slow down, or otherwise disrupt the Services' functionality.
• API & Service Abuse: Scraping, bypassing rate limits, or exploiting APIs.
• Command & Request Spam: Excessive or automated command usage or website API requests intended to overload the servers.

3. User-Generated Content

Features on the Services let you create, submit, upload, or generate content ("User Content"). This includes text, images, or any other material you provide. By using these features, you agree to the following:

• Content Restrictions: You may not generate or upload content that is:
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Violent, gory, or depicting harm
  • Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive
  • Illegal or promoting illegal activities
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you create or submit.
• Moderation Rights: The owner may review, remove, or block any content at their discretion.
• Reporting Violations: Users can report inappropriate content by sending a direct message to the bot or via the Support Server.

Violating these rules may result in a permanent ban from both the bot and the website.

4. Service Availability & Changes

The Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, performance, or availability. The following applies:

• Features may be added, removed, or modified at any time without notice.
• The owner reserves the right to block users or servers from accessing the Services for any reason.

5. Data Collection & Usage

We collect and store certain data to provide and improve the Services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to this data collection.

• Server data: Server IDs, channel IDs, configured settings, and scheduling preferences.
• User data: User IDs, preferences, usage statistics, user content, unlocked content, and interaction history.
• Content data: Text, images, or other materials you submit through the bot or website.

We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your data to train AI models
• Share personally identifying information publicly

6. Direct Messages to the Bot

All direct messages ("DMs") sent to the Niko bot are logged for moderation and support purposes and may be accessed by the owner. These messages are not private or secure and should not be treated as personal storage for sensitive information.

While you may use DMs to contact the bot for support or assistance, any spam, trolling, explicit content, or abusive messages are not allowed and may result in restrictions. Use responsibly.

Niko is owned and operated by duderinooo. For support, feedback, or questions, the preferred method is via the Support Server.

If you cannot or prefer not to join the Support Server, you may send a direct message to the bot for assistance. Note that all messages sent to the bot are logged for moderation and support purposes.
