1. Using the Bot

By adding or using Niko Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must remove the bot from your server and cease all use immediately.

2. User Responsibilities

You are required to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Niko Bot. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Exploitation or Abuse: Attempting to crash, slow down, or disrupt the bot's functionality is not allowed.
  • Command Spam: While normal command usage is permitted, deliberate actions to overload the bot (e.g., mass command spam across multiple servers) are prohibited.
  • Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the bot's data, features, or backend systems.
  • Feature Abuse: Misusing features (e.g., mass reports, automation abuse) may result in a permanent ban from using the bot.

3. Bot Availability & Changes

Niko Bot is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, functionality, or availability. The following applies:

  • Features may be added, removed, or modified at any time without prior notice.
  • The bot owner reserves the right to block users or servers from accessing the bot for any reason.

4. Data Collection & Usage

Niko Bot collects and stores certain data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you consent to the collection and usage of this data as described. This includes:

  • Server-related data: (e.g., server ID, channel ID, roles, settings)
  • User-related data: (e.g., user ID, preferences, command usage)
  • Message content: The bot may process the content of messages in real-time to provide its functionalities. This data is not stored permanently or shared with third parties.

Server administrators can disable the bot or specific features at any time to prevent further processing of message content.
