1. Using the App

By adding or using Niko, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with either, please remove the app from any servers you manage and revoke its access from your authorized apps immediately.

2. User Responsibilities

You are required to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Niko. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Exploitation or Abuse: Attempting to crash, slow down, or disrupt the app's functionality is not allowed.
  • Command Spam: While normal command usage is permitted, deliberate actions to overload the app (e.g., mass command spam across multiple servers) are prohibited.
  • Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's data, features, or backend systems.
  • Feature Abuse: Misusing features (e.g., mass reports, automation abuse) may result in a permanent ban from using the app.

3. App Availability & Changes

Niko is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, functionality, or availability. The following applies:

  • Features may be added, removed, or modified at any time without prior notice.
  • The app owner reserves the right to block users or servers from accessing the app for any reason.

4. Data Collection & Usage

Niko collects and stores certain data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and usage of this data as described. This includes:

  • Server-related data: such as server IDs, channel IDs, roles, configured settings, and scheduling preferences for features like auto memes.
  • User-related data: including user IDs, preferences, command usage statistics, unlocked content, and interaction history.

5. Direct Messages to the App

Any direct messages (DMs) sent to the app are automatically logged for moderation and support purposes. These logs may be accessed by the app owner. These DMs are not a private or secure communication channel and should not be treated as personal notebooks, diaries, or places to store sensitive data.

While you're welcome to use DMs for support-related issues, spam, trolling, or abusive messages will be ignored or result in restrictions. Use responsibly.

Niko is owned and operated by duderinooo. For support, feedback, or general questions, the best way to reach out is through the Support Server.

If you are unable or prefer not to join the Support Server, you can send a direct message to the app for assistance. Please note that all direct messages sent to the app are logged and monitored for support and moderation purposes.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Niko after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
